Our Story
Yes K9 LLC was born from a journey of resilience and a passion for dogs. After being injured in the Army, Sean faced many challenges with mobility, balance, and vision. Yet his love for working with dogs never wavered.
Through the Warrior Transition Battalion, Sean and Christina were introduced to and brought on to assist the Dog Tags program—a collaborative effort where injured veterans worked with shelter dogs to teach them basic behavioral skills, helping them get adopted. They were honored to help instruct some of the classes while the program existed.
From there, Christina went on to become a Master Dog Trainer through Highland Canine, bringing years of experience and expertise to every training session and program we offer.
Our Philosophy
At Yes K9, every training program is tailored to the dog and the family. We work closely with owners to understand their dog's personality, drives, and routines, then design a step-by-step plan that fits their lifestyle.
From structured commands and leash work to enrichment, travel integration, and household routines, we ensure both the dog and the owner understand expectations clearly.
Our approach emphasizes practical, hands-on education, clear communication, and reinforcement strategies that empower owners to continue training confidently between sessions. Through this partnership, we aim to Empower People, Lead Dogs, and Create Balance.
